Benalmadena: Nice terraced house with a view

Housing description
A lovely terraced house in Benalmadena with 3 bedrooms not far from the beach.
Shared pool with children's pool. Good view.
You don't need a car here as it's not far from the beach and restaurants, but it's a hilly area, so not for the faint of heart.
There is no private parking space, but it is free to park on the road.

The home:
In the living room there is a dining area, sofa and exit to a cozy terrace with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean, where you can be lucky to see the dolphins swimming around and there is a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher. On this floor there is also a toilet. There is a television with international programs. Also free wifi.

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The large bedroom has two single beds and here a French balcony overlooking a cozy yard. The second bedroom has a double bed and a small terrace where you can sit and enjoy the view and hear the sound of the sea. The third bedroom is a passage room to the bedroom with the double bed. Here there is a very large bunk bed with room for two adults below and two smaller children above (very low ceiling height).
There are built-in wardrobes in 2 of the bedrooms.

In the bathroom there is a shower and a washing machine.

There are many stairs in the home and no lift.

There is a roof terrace with a dining and lounge area and a large barbecue. From here there is a fantastic view of the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea.

There is air conditioning with cold and hot air throughout the house.

You rent the entire terraced house and of course you can use the shared pool area (large pool and children's pool during opening hours (10am to 10pm).

Other things to note
You can walk to the beach and restaurants. The nearest supermarket is a 15-minute walk from the property. We recommend a car as the area is hilly and there is not private parking but free parking on the street.

One of the guests must be over 25 and we do not allow parties and loud music.

Final cleaning: 165 euros
Bed linen & towels per person: 10 euros
